Direct answerConnections is the Contact progression menu in Gangstar Mirage City. Each character has a separate rank path with its own rewards and unlock state. Bobby’s path uses Action Points and pays out items, chests, upgrade parts, cosmetics, and a vehicle reward.

How Connections works
Open Connections to see the Contacts available to you. A Contact card can show a rank, reward path, lock message, or a separate requirement. Bobby uses Action Points; another Contact can have different rewards or a different unlock rule.
Connections ranks are separate from your account level, mission counters, and Achievement goals, even when story progress is needed to unlock a Contact.
What to check before claiming a reward
- Read the Contact name and current rank at the left side of the screen.
- Check the Action Point milestone below the exact reward tile.
- Open the item card before claiming it to confirm its name, quantity, and compatible equipment.
- Read any lock message exactly as displayed instead of assuming a level or mission requirement.
- Return after story or Contact progress changes, since the available cards can differ by account state.

Continue with missions
- Open the missions hub — Follow story and Contact objectives to unlock more activities.
- Browse achievement targets — Keep Achievement goals separate from Connections rewards.
