How to use Money Shot
Money Shot is built for deliberate long-range shots. Its Single Shot trait means every miss creates another firing cycle, so use cover, settle the aim, and avoid letting close enemies surround the character.
| Situation | Money Shot approach |
|---|---|
| Open streets or rooftops | Use the sight line to engage before enemies reach close range. |
| Armored or high-priority target | Aim carefully and use the High Impact role rather than firing rapidly. |
| Moving target | Lead the target only after learning the current aiming and projectile behavior. |
| Close-range rush | Switch to an AR, SMG, shotgun, or sidearm instead of forcing another sniper shot. |
| Low ammunition | Use a general-purpose weapon for weaker enemies and reserve sniper ammunition for priority targets. |
Money Shot customization
The customization screen provides Muzzle, Magazine, Optic, Stock, Grip, Ammo Mod, and Passive Skills slots. Individual parts have their own rarity, effect, price or prerequisite, so an attachment value must not be treated as a base Money Shot statistic.
- Start with an optic that keeps distant targets readable at the range used most often.
- Use muzzle and grip choices to solve aiming or follow-up-shot problems shown during actual missions.
- Check magazine and ammo-related options when ammunition limits interrupt longer encounters.
- Read the level and weapon-rating prerequisite before planning around a locked attachment.
- Compare the complete weapon card before and after a change rather than relying on attachment rarity alone.
Best loadout partners for Money Shot
Use another slot for sustained or close-range combat. Money Shot solves long sight lines, but it should not be the only answer when enemies reach the player or attack from several directions.
- Build a balanced three-slot loadout — Cover close, medium, and long-range combat without duplicating roles.
| Partner role | Good class choice | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| General-purpose primary | Assault rifle | Handles most medium-range enemies and preserves sniper ammunition. |
| Close-range response | SMG or shotgun | Recovers when enemies rush from rooms, alleys, or vehicle exits. |
| Flexible backup | Pistol | Keeps a quick option available when the main weapon is empty. |
